How we verify each outcome
Every number on this page comes from one of three sources, listed with each member in its article:
- On-camera testimonials. Recorded at our centers, transcribed with Whisper, and preserved as WebVTT captions with the video on file. Six members (Nicole, Abby, Julie, Beverly, Deborah, Jackie) have video testimonials with full transcripts.
- Whiteboard photographs. Member-initialed DEXA summary boards photographed at our Austin and Georgetown centers, transcribed and stored in
testimonials.json.
- Direct member confirmation. Where a number was verified with the member in person (for example, Ann St. Clair's 16% femur gain), it is marked member-confirmed on its case-study card.
We do not publish outcomes we cannot verify. If a number feels surprisingly precise on this site, it is because someone wrote it down and we can point to who.
