Proof you’re not alone

What’s Possible When Women Stop Waiting.

These are the women who, a year or two ago, sat where you’re sitting now. DEXA results that scared them. A grandmother who broke a hip. A fear of falling they didn’t say out loud. They booked a call. They came in. Here’s what changed - in their bodies, in their own words.

Every name below is real. Every number was verified on a whiteboard or a DEXA report. We don’t put people on this page unless we have it in writing. Click any row to read her full story.

The flagship story: From osteoporotic to “your bones are holding.”

Nicole Denison is an Austin woman in her 60s who was diagnosed with osteoporosis, tried the pills, didn’t love the side effects, and decided to give OsteoStrong fifteen months. She walked into her next DEXA expecting to see more loss. Instead:

  • +12.8% spine
  • +10.5% hip
  • +8.8% femoral neck
  • No longer osteoporotic
“After 15 months I decided to get a bone density test to see if it was really working. To my surprise, my spine was no longer osteoporotic. I can highly recommend OsteoStrong for helping me overcome osteoporosis.”
— Nicole Denison, Austin, 3-year member

How we verify each outcome

Every number on this page comes from one of three sources, listed with each member in its article:

  1. On-camera testimonials. Recorded at our centers, transcribed with Whisper, and preserved as WebVTT captions with the video on file. Six members (Nicole, Abby, Julie, Beverly, Deborah, Jackie) have video testimonials with full transcripts.
  2. Whiteboard photographs. Member-initialed DEXA summary boards photographed at our Austin and Georgetown centers, transcribed and stored in testimonials.json.
  3. Direct member confirmation. Where a number was verified with the member in person (for example, Ann St. Clair's 16% femur gain), it is marked member-confirmed on its case-study card.

We do not publish outcomes we cannot verify. If a number feels surprisingly precise on this site, it is because someone wrote it down and we can point to who.
