Vertigo gone after balance plates.
Local team. Global science. Real results for women over 50 in Austin and Georgetown.
OsteoStrong Austin and Georgetown exists because too many women we love were told "just live with it" after a DEXA scan showed bone loss. That's not an answer. It's a shrug.
We opened our centers because the science already exists. The results already exist. What's been missing is a warm, careful, local place for women over 50 to actually do this safely - with a coach right beside them, week after week.
Women over 50. Sometimes much older. Many come after a diagnosis of osteoporosis or osteopenia. Others come because they're watching a mother or a friend lose independence after a fall, and they decided not to let that happen to them. For those members, our fall prevention and balance training is as important as the bone density work.
Some of our members are in their 50s and doing everything right. Some are in their 80s and starting fresh. Both groups belong here.
8 out of 10 members who follow our protocol see positive improvements in bone density - a better track record than almost any surgery.
We say this not because we're proud of it (though we are), but because it's the single most important thing a woman worried about her bones needs to hear. There is a path forward. It works. And it's local.
Three women on what life inside our walls actually feels like - and one caregiver on what it looks like from beside the chair.
