Our Method

Three pillars. One 15-minute visit a week. Everything your bones need.

Our unique process is broken down into three simple pillars: bone density, balance, and strength. Here is exactly what each one does for your skeleton, why it matters for women over 50, and what the one-year program looks like from your first visit forward.

The Three Pillars

Bone density. Balance. Strength.

Bone density alone is not enough. Balance alone is not enough. Strength alone is not enough. When you stack all three, once a week, your body has what it needs to rebuild, steady, and protect itself.

1

Bone density

Four patented OsteoStrong devices trigger bone growth in the areas most vulnerable to fracture, safely.

2

Balance

Professional vibration plates train your reflexes so the next trip stays a trip, not a trip to the ER.

3

Strength

Stronger bones unlock stronger muscle. Better posture, no more lost height, less everyday pain.

Pillar 1 · Bone Density

Four patented machines trigger bone growth where you need it.

Our first pillar is bone density. We use four unique patented machines that make up the OsteoStrong circuit. Each one is engineered to trigger bone growth in a different part of your body, which kickstarts the natural process of rebuilding your bones, safely.

Research suggests bone begins to rebuild at roughly 4.2 times your body weight in force. You can not reach that safely in a gym with free weights or machines. These devices are fixed-resistance force plates, not weights. You push, the device measures, and your body produces exactly the load your own skeleton allows and never a pound more.

What this means for you: as you strengthen your bones, your fracture risk drops while you keep doing the things you love, whether that is pickleball, hiking, or picking up the grandkids.

Core pressing

Loads the hips, spine, and upper legs, the areas most vulnerable to age-related fracture.

OsteoStrong upper-body pressing device

Upper-body pressing

Loads the arms, shoulders, upper spine, and wrists. These are the bones you land on when you catch yourself.

OsteoStrong lower-body loading device

Lower-body pressing

Builds leg bones and the stabilizer muscles you use on every stair, curb, and unexpected step.

Postural loading

Engages the entire skeletal chain, especially the spine, to improve posture and reduce stooping.

Pillar 2 · Balance

Professional vibration plates retrain your reflexes.

Our second pillar goes hand in hand with the first: balance. We hear it from almost every new member, I am worried about falling. That is exactly why we use professional vibration plates, to improve your balance and help reduce your share of the 170 million fragility fractures reported globally each year.

This is the easy stuff. We see results here quickly. Most members report noticeable balance improvements in the first 30 days of weekly sessions.

What this means for you: as your balance improves, you feel steady and confident on the trail, on the pickleball court, on the airport escalator, anywhere footing gets uncertain.

No matter how strong your bones are, if you keep falling you will eventually break something. Have you noticed people falling more as they age? That is exactly why we focus on balance first, not last.

“I've been falling as long as I can remember. I broke my neck falling down the stairs. A year later, I've got balance. Now when I trip I can recover myself, where before I would have been flying and been taken to the hospital.”

Pillar 3 · Strength

Stronger bones unlock stronger muscle.

Pillars one and two solve the problem. Pillar three, strength, is how you maximize your health and keep doing what you love. And this is not old-school Arnold Schwarzenegger body building. This is bone-based strength.

Did you ever wonder why we get weaker as we age? Here is the quiet answer: as you lose bone density, your muscle automatically gets weaker. Your body will only let you carry the muscle your bones can support. Weak bones lead to weak muscle. Weak muscle leads to bad posture, lost height, and pain.

When we rebuild the bone first, the muscle is allowed to come back with it. That is why our members get stronger without hours in a gym.

What this means for you:

  • Taller posture and no more lost height on your yearly check-up.
  • Easier groceries, easier carry-ons, easier stairs.
  • Less low-back and hip pain from years of slow deconditioning.
  • The strength to do what your life asks of you, for another twenty years.
“Before I started coming here, I felt like I was getting weaker, weaker, weaker. Now I feel like I am getting stronger, stronger, stronger.”

See The Progress, Not Just Feel It

You get a weekly report of your results.

Maybe this matters to you, maybe it does not, but every session is measured and logged. Your force output, your grip, your balance numbers. You do not just feel stronger, you can see the progress week over week in your own data.

Long before your next DEXA scan, you will know whether this is working, because the numbers on your report will already be telling you.

The One-Year Program

Once a week. Less than 20 minutes. That is all it takes.

Our one-year program makes it easy to stay consistent. One appointment a week, less than 20 minutes, in street clothes. No changing, no cardio, no locker room. Your body does the work between sessions.

  1. 1

    Arrive in street clothes.

No gym bag. No sweat. Most members come from work.

  2. 2

    Meet your coach.

They walk you through your DEXA, your history, and today's plan.

  3. 3

    Four devices + balance plate.

About 30 to 60 seconds of effort per device. You set the pace.

  4. 4

    Get your numbers.

Force output, grip, and balance scores are logged every session.

  5. 5

    Leave feeling good.

No soreness, no injuries. Your bones keep rebuilding for 7 to 10 days.

So here is the one question.

Do you think you could come in once a week, for less than 20 minutes, and do this?

If the answer is yes, the next step is simple. Book a free Bone Health Call and we will walk through your DEXA, your goals, and whether this is a fit for you. There is no pressure. Most calls take about 15 minutes.
