Our Method

15 minutes a week. Four devices. One coach beside you.

Here's exactly what osteogenic loading is, how it works, and why it's different from anything else you've tried.

The Short Version

Your bones rebuild when they receive a specific force signal.

Research suggests the threshold is roughly 4.2x your body weight. You can't reach that in a regular gym - it's neither safe nor practical with free weights. OsteoStrong devices let your body produce that precise force in short, controlled moments while you stay in complete control.

Once you deliver that signal, your body continues rebuilding for 7–10 days. That's why you only come once a week. More often doesn't help - consistency does.

The Four Devices

Each one trains a different part of your skeleton.

You'll use all four in a single session. Coaches guide you through each one - you set the pace, you stay in full control.

OsteoStrong core-pressing device in use

Core pressing

Stimulates the hips, spine, and upper legs - the areas most vulnerable to age-related fracture.

OsteoStrong upper-body pressing device

Upper-body pressing

Loads the arms, shoulders, upper spine, and wrist bones - where “catch yourself” falls do the most damage.

OsteoStrong lower-body loading device

Lower-body pressing

Strengthens leg bones and large stabilizer muscles, critical for everyday balance and stair-climbing.

Postural loading

Engages the entire skeletal chain, particularly the spine, to improve posture and reduce stooping.

Your First Session

What a session actually looks like.

  1. 1

    Arrive - no changing required.

Street clothes are fine. You won't sweat. The center is calm, clean, and quiet.

  2. 2

    Meet your coach.

They review how you felt from last session and explain today's plan.

  3. 3

    Four devices, 10–15 minutes.

Roughly 30–60 seconds of effort per device. You set the pace. You're never alone.

  4. 4

    Get your numbers.

We measure your force output every session so you can literally watch yourself get stronger.

  5. 5

    Leave feeling good.

No soreness. No injuries. Just small, steady progress.

Between Sessions

Your bones keep working for 7–10 days.

For a week after each visit, your body continues laying down new bone and strengthening connective tissue in response to the signal it received. You're working on your bones all week long - without having to think about it.

The Timeline

What to expect over time.

1–4

Weeks 1–4

Better posture, more energy, a noticeable feeling of “solidness.”

4–12

Weeks 4–12

Measurable increases in force output on the devices. Members report better balance and less joint stiffness.

6–12

Months 6–12

DEXA improvements visible on follow-up scans. Your doctor can confirm the change.

Year 2+

Year 2 and beyond

Sustained strength gains, with most members maintaining bone density at or above healthy baseline for their age.

The Science

Osteogenic loading, in plain English.

Osteo = bone. Genic = creating. Loading = force. Put together: creating bone with force.

152 peer-reviewed studies support the underlying principles. We're happy to send a full research packet to your doctor - just ask.
