When you've already been in the hospital for a fall, 'just be careful' is not a plan. You need a program that trains you out of the next fall.

Before OsteoStrong

Julie had been falling as long as she could remember. A broken neck from falling down the stairs. A broken elbow. Other bad accidents. The kind of history that teaches you not to trust your feet.

The diagnosis, and what it felt like

When your body has already failed you that many times, the stakes of the next fall aren't theoretical. Julie knew exactly what was waiting for her if she didn't do something different.

What she tried — and why she chose OsteoStrong

A girlfriend suggested she check out OsteoStrong. Julie's line was already set — she told the coaches she was never going on the balance plate. Ever. Because she didn't have balance.

Why OsteoStrong can say what we say.

Balance is not a personality trait. It's a trainable system, and we train it.

The plan she followed

  1. Book a free Bone Health Roadmap Call. Fifteen minutes by phone or Zoom. We read your DEXA with you and listen. No pressure.
  2. Come in for a guided first session. A certified coach walks you through four supported devices in street clothes. Never rushed, never unsafe.
  3. Track your force output week after week. Fifteen minutes, once a week. Your numbers rise. Your balance returns. Your next DEXA tells the real story.

The weekly rhythm

Over the course of a year, Julie worked through the protocol with her coach, and eventually — on her own terms — got on the balance plate.

The outcome

When she trips now, she recovers herself. Before OsteoStrong, that same trip would have sent her flying and ended at the hospital.

Hi, I'm Julie, and I go to OsteoStrong. I started about a year ago. I came here because my girlfriend said we should check it out. I've been falling as long as I can remember. I broke my neck falling down the stairs, I broke my elbow, and I had a couple of other bad accidents before I came here. Now, when I trip I can recover myself, where I would have been flying and been taken to the hospital. I told them I was never going to go on the balance plate, never, because I don't have balance. A year later, I've got balance. So just check us out, check OsteoStrong out. They've got great employees and great customers. Thank you.
