My name is Nicole Danison and I've been coming to OsteoStrong for three years and three years in one month, I guess. After 15 months I decided I should get a bone density test done to see whether it was really working. To my surprise, I found out that my spine no longer was osteoporotic. Hello, I'm Beverly Newsom, and I want to share my experience here at OsteoStrong. I started back in August of 2024. I was diagnosed with osteopenia. I'm a cancer survivor, so that affects your bones. I thought I'd give this a try. I saw it on Instagram, and I've been very pleased. It's been over a year. My strength has increased, balance has increased. I've almost fallen several times and caught myself. OsteoStrong works on your balance, not just your bone strength. Also the grip: my grip has improved, which decreases as you age. Hi, I'm Julie, and I go to OsteoStrong. I started about a year ago. I came here because my girlfriend said we should check it out. I've been falling as long as I can remember. I broke my neck falling down the stairs, I broke my elbow, and I had a couple of other bad accidents before I came here.
